Don’t like the music we put with your tour? That’s okay, we don’t take it personally. You can change the music to something you do like.

Login to your PreviewFirst account

Click “Manage Tours”

Click “Edit This Tour”

Click “Organize Photos”

From here, you can listen to each song, and when you’ve decided, just click “Save Music Track.”

Why did we put it on the organize photos page? Because you can choose a song based on the number of photos in your tour. So, consider that when selecting a song. NOTICE the number next to the song title (Now I See – 178). That tells you how many seconds long the song is. 178 seconds is 3 minutes. Each photos appear for about 5 seconds, which means this song is ideal for about 35 photos.

Now keep in mind that the tour is not necessarily supposed to sync with the music. Most people navigate through the slide show at their own pace – clicking on the photos they want to see. So, trying to get a song that matches the length of the slide show is not necessary at all. But when you can, why not?

If the answer you’re looking for isn’t here, please use the search field to the right. If you still can’t find it, please send us an email or leave a reply at the bottom of this page.

How do I schedule a photography order?
You can always call us, but sometimes it’s a lot faster online. If you don’t have a PreviewFirst account, the first thing to do, is to create one and login. From there, click “Order New Tour”. When ordering professional photography, you can select the preferred date and time-frame. We will follow up by scheduling your time-frame selected, or if the selected date and time is not available, we will contact you to coordinate another.

What about weekends?
PreviewFirst photographers are on a Monday – Friday schedule. However, we can always ask if a photographer is available on the weekend. We do charge an additional $50 as an incentive to the photographers.

What areas do you serve?
Our normal areas include most of Southern California, but we’ll shoot anywhere! If your property is outside our typical boundaries, we have to charge for time and travel. When placing an order online, the website calculates and includes any out of area fees. Please contact us with any questions.

How long does it take to create my own virtual tour – using my own photos?
If you’re uploading your own photos, the tour will be “active” within 15-60 minutes.

Can I make changes to my tour(s)?
Yes. You can edit just about every aspect of your virtual tour, including your profile page. Just login to your account and click “Mange Tours”. It’s very intuitive from there.

How long will my virtual tour(s) remain active?
Virtual Tours remain active for one year. By the way, “Active” simply means “Live”. You can keep your tours “live” even when the listing is no longer available for sale. Just be sure to change the “listing status” on the tour.

Can I keep my virtual tour(s)”active” for more than one year?
Yes. You may renew each tour for $10/yr. If you have more than 10 virtual tours to renew, please contact us about our unlimited renewal pricing of just $100/yr.

What is the Listing Activity Map?
The map shows a green pin for all of your active listings and a red pin for all of your sold listings. It’s a great way to show prospective clients all the homes you’ve sold, and what kind of photos and videos you provide. If you don’t have any listings because you’ve sold them all, this map shows your experience and track record. If there was just one reason to get a virtual tour of every listing, this is it.

How do I download my photos?
PreviewFirst delivers your photos in both web and print formats. To download photos, log into your PreviewFirst account and click manage tours. You will see a list of all your virtual tours, with the most recent tours at the top.

Next to each virtual tour, includes several options. The one you’re looking for is “download photos”. Click the link and follow the instructions. It’s super easy. We’ve even included a short screen-cast to walk you through it.

The pictures are really low quality – what’s up?
Chances are really good that you saved the thumbnail images by mistake. They are way to small. Make sure to follow the instructions above.

How do I upload my virtual tour and/or photos to the MLS?
We have no idea. :-\ Each MLS is different and provides their own methods. The good news is that it’s usually very simple. Please contact your MLS or visit their website for instructions.

What are your prices?
Please see our Photography Rate Sheet with description, and our products page.

What’s the difference between virtual tour photography and money shot photography?
Home Builders, Interior Designers, and Luxury Home specialists require Money-Shots. While the objective of Virtual Tour Photography is to capture as many photos as possible for a walk through tour, Money Shot Photography focuses on only the best compositions. The difference really comes down to the art of using light, and the extra time and resources that go into each individual photo. Both options provide exceptional photography, but each has it’s own purpose. Check out these examples.

What’s my login info?
We don’t’ know. Seriously! But we have a way for you to figure it out. If you go to the login page and click “Forgot Password”, you can enter the username and email address associated with the account and your login info will be emailed to you. Go to: http://www.previewfirst.com/password_recovery. If you don’t know the email address, we can figure that out for you. Just give us a call or shoot us an email, so we can help.

The rate for a single property is $400 and only $175 for each additional. The saving are significant when multiple shoots are scheduled at the same time. Consider pooling a few others together to share the discount. We’re able to offer such terrific rates because of the volume of business we do in San Diego County.

You can expect 5-10 images per property. As conditions permit, we always attempt to capture your aerial photos from multiple angles at *approximately 30°, 60° & 90° degrees. At 30° the goal is to capture the house at a low level, with emphasis on the home itself. At 60° the photo typically shows the home in relation to it’s environment, which could be the land or the neighborhood. At 90° the photos are similar to a satellite view.

Aerial photographs are expertly edited and and delivered in both high and low resolution formats, available for download the next business day.

To order aerial photography, please email service@previewfirst.com, or call (858)705.1600.
