Our approach to video:  It’s important to understand the purpose of video compared to other media.  Video is meant to entertain, inspire and celebrate a home; to keep the viewers attention, drawing them in so they watch it again and again. Video SHOULD NOT attempt to do the job of photos and 3-D Tours, which are informational vs. entertaining.  Photos allow a potential buyer to ponder and imagine themselves in the space.  3-D Tours are an immersive experience that reveal a homes floor plan.  Property videos should be about 2-3 minutes long and only show one or two clips of the primary living spaces.  To captivate and engage your audience, clips are typically 2 to 4 seconds long and synchronized with musical elements.  The ultimate goal of video is to attract attention to your listing, impress your sellers, and slam-dunk your listing presentations.
