How do I upload my virtual tour to the MLS?

Adding your virtual tour to the MLS is easy. Really, it is! But like most things, it’s easier the second time you do it.

Most MLS services require the agent to login to their MLS website and add the virtual tour to the listing.
Be sure to use the MLS version provided.  When adding the virtual tour link, DO NOT ENTER HTTP://, unless it’s required. Most MLS systems like CRMLS will return an invalid link error. So if you get that, just remove the “http://” and it should work.

OCMLS Matrix:  Here are their instructions.

For the San Diego MLS (Tempo), you can add it yourself, or do so via the PreviewFirst website.  Just login to your account, and go to “Manage Tours”, and then click “Add Tour Link to your MLS”.

So…since I am an OCAR agent, I can not send the virtual tour to the MLS from Preview First? I have to go to the Add/Edit in the MLS? I think think that is how I interpret the blog, but am not sure.

    Hi Sue,

Yes, that is correct. At this time, the only MLS that let’s agents add tours via PreviewFirst is the San Diego MLS, Tempo. To our knowledge, all other MLS services require the agent to manually enter their virtual tour to the MLS.

Thanks for the timely reply. It turns out that our office administrator handles it-now I know. Preview First did a great job, as always..
